Dust off your wings and get current at Skydive Palatka!

RECURRENCY

Have you had a break from jumping? When do you need to do a recurrency jump with an appropriately rated USPA instructional rating holder?

At Skydive Palatka we have experienced USPA rated instructors ready to refresh you at any time on aircraft procedures, equipment, exit & freefall procedures, canopy control & landings, and emergency procedures, regardless of your period of inactivity. Jumpers should receive refresher training appropriate for their skydiving history and time since their last skydive. Contact us at the dropzone on 386.328.0606 with any questions.

Students

Students who have not jumped within the preceding 30 days should make at least one jump under the direct supervision of an appropriately rated USPA Instructor.

A License

USPA A-license holders who have not made a freefall within 60 days should make at least one jump under the supervision of a currently rated USPA instructional rating holder until demonstrating altitude awareness, freefall control on all axes, tracking, and canopy skills sufficient for safely jumping in groups.

B License

USPA B-license holders who have not made a freefall skydive within the preceding 90 days should make at least one jump under the supervision of a USPA instructional rating holder until demonstrating the ability to safely exercise the privileges of that license.

C & D License

USPA C and D-license holders who have not made a freefall skydive within the preceding six months should make at least one jump under the supervision of a USPA instructional rating holder until demonstrating the ability to safely exercise the privileges of that license.
